The second installment of the F1 Manager series, F1 Manager 2023, will be available on Xbox Game Pass for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC on October 19, 2023. The player is placed in charge of a team of Formula One racers and must work together with their team, race cars, and pit crew to win championships in F1 Manager 2023, released on July 16, 2023. As an F1 manager, the player is responsible for watching over the well-being of their racers, managing their budget for top-of-the-line race cars, hiring engineers to do vehicle maintenance, coaching their racers during races, and more. F1 Manager 2023 differs from its predecessor, F1 Manager 2022, in that it offers players more control over drivers and pit crew. This allows them to win championships by performing better at their jobs. It will also be possible for players to relay more advanced strategies to their employees during a race, in addition to managing their employees' schedules. There is also a Race Replay mode, which allows players to reenact races based on real-life F1 championships or alter history by altering the results based on the F1 data for each race. In this way, starting grid positions or weather conditions can be changed to make the race harder than it would have been in reality.
